Engineering team
Sealed by people,
not templates.
Aria's projects draw on four professional engineering disciplines. Structural engineering is in-house and carries Aria's seal; civil, mechanical and electrical engineers are licensed professionals engaged per project and coordinated by Aria. Every account is assigned one dedicated project manager at kickoff.
The bench
Four engineering disciplines.
One in-house, three by project.
Structural Engineer
Towers, rooftops, poles, mounts and foundations. Every structural analysis and structural sheet Aria issues is reviewed and sealed in-house.
Civil Engineer
Grading, drainage, utility and right-of-way design where the scope requires it — data center sites, EV lots, ground-mount solar and fiber routes.
Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical design where a project needs it, coordinated by Aria and checked against the structural and electrical package before anything is issued.
Electrical Engineer
Service and load calculations, EV charging and photovoltaic electrical design, and the documents utilities ask for at interconnection.
Aria's projects call on four professional engineering disciplines. Structural engineering is Aria's own and carries Aria's seal. Civil, mechanical and electrical engineers are licensed professionals engaged for the projects that need them, coordinated by Aria under one contract and one project manager.
Who leads the work
Five roles, one line of accountability.
President & Owner
Accountable for every program Aria accepts — commercial terms, staffing, and the final word on scope.
Director of Engineering
Owns review gates, the sealing workflow and technical escalation across disciplines.
Director of Mission-Critical Engineering
Leads data center and other mission-critical site work, from due diligence through sealed drawings.
Director of Site Development
Leads zoning, permitting and jurisdiction work, and the site development side of every program.
Project Manager
One per account, assigned at kickoff. Owns status, revisions and escalation, and reports every site by stage each week.
In short
- Aria's projects draw on four professional engineering disciplines: structural, civil, mechanical and electrical.
- Structural engineering is Aria's in-house discipline; Aria's structural engineer reviews and seals every structural package Aria issues.
- Civil, mechanical and electrical engineers are licensed professionals engaged per project, in the state where the work is built.
- Aria's leadership roles are President and Owner, Director of Engineering, Director of Mission-Critical Engineering, Director of Site Development, and Project Manager.
- Every Aria account receives one dedicated project manager, assigned at kickoff.
- Aria does not publish individual engineer names or license numbers on this site; licensure is confirmed directly during procurement.
