Frequently asked

Straight answers.

What insurance do you carry?

$5 million professional liability, $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate general liability, a $5 million excess layer above it, and workers' compensation. Blanket additional insured, primary and non-contributory, and waiver of subrogation are available where your contract requires them. A certificate naming your entity is issued during onboarding — typically the same week.

Which states can you seal drawings in?

Our professional engineers hold licensure across 48 states, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, extended through NCEES records where a program needs a state we do not currently hold. In Texas, Aria Services, Inc. is a registered engineering firm, F-13104. Coverage is worth reading as a span rather than a count: five disciplines, every stage from search ring to as-built, under one contract. Send your market list and we confirm it state by state before anything is committed.

What volume can you actually sustain?

For wireless programs, 25–50 sites per week is our standard cadence, and with one to two weeks' notice we open parallel drawing lanes to complete 300–500 sites over one to two months — same reviewers, same QA gates. Solar, EV, DAS, fiber and data center work is engineered and quoted per project.

Are you on Avetta, Ariba and ISNetworld?

Yes — we maintain supplier profiles on Avetta and the SAP Ariba Network, and on ISNetworld (ISN ID 400-533290), and we are onboarded as a vendor with major US carriers. Procurement can usually route us without a new-vendor cycle.

How do turnarounds break down?

Site visit 1–3 days, structural analysis 3–5 days, construction drawings 5–10 days, PM handoff 1 day. Revisions ride a priority lane, and program work runs in parallel so weekly throughput holds.

Who do we talk to during a project?

One dedicated project manager, assigned at kickoff. They own status, revisions and escalation, and they report every site's stage weekly, so progress is visible without asking.

Do you handle third-party services?

Yes — RF, title, geotech, environmental, land/boundary/ROW surveys, foundation and tower mapping, site audits and structural inspections are coordinated in-house under one contract.

What does onboarding look like?

MSA, COI and vendor forms in week one; pilot sites in week two. Most programs reach full cadence within a month of first contact.

Something we didn't cover?

Ask directly — a PM replies within one business day.
