Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and what it deliberately does not.
Effective date at launchWho this covers
This policy applies to aria-corp.com, operated by Aria Services, Inc., 10006 Lynbrook Dr., Houston, Texas 77042-1558, United States. It covers the website only. Information you give us inside a signed engagement is governed by that agreement.
What we collect when you contact us
If you submit the request form or email us, we receive what you choose to send:
- Your name and email address. Both are required to reply to you.
- Project details you enter — service line, site counts, states, structure or plant type, and anything written in the message field.
- Anything else you include, such as a phone number or company name, if you add it.
We ask for project details because a scoped answer is more useful than a call-back, not because we are building a profile of you.
What your browser sends automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting records standard request data — IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser user agent. This is how web servers work; it is used for security and troubleshooting.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how people arrive. It records page views, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. It sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we have not enabled advertising features.
How we identify visiting organisations
We look up the organisation that an IP address belongs to, so that we know which companies read which pages. This is how we tell a genuine enquiry from a competitor reading our fee page, and how we follow up on something specific rather than sending everyone the same message.
- Where it comes from. Our own server logs — the same request records described above. No cookie, no tracking script, and nothing added to your browser. Blocking trackers will not change this, because there is nothing to block; equally, nothing here follows you to any other website.
- What we match against. A commercial database that maps IP ranges to the organisations that hold them.
- What we discard. Addresses belonging to consumer and mobile internet providers are dropped and not recorded. If you read this site from home or on a phone, there is no organisation to identify and we keep nothing beyond the ordinary server log.
- What we do not do. We do not attempt to identify you. We do not buy or infer names, job titles or email addresses, we do not link a visit to a person who later fills in the contact form, and we do not sell or share any of it.
Why we think this is fair, stated plainly so you can disagree. This is a business selling engineering services to other businesses, and knowing that a tower company read the colocation page is ordinary commercial awareness. It is also, unavoidably, derived from an IP address — which several privacy regimes treat as personal data even when the result is a company name. So we would rather write it down than let you discover it.
How long. The organisation record and the pages it viewed are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Raw server logs follow our host's own retention, which is shorter.
How to stop it. Email info@aria-corp.com and we will exclude your organisation's address ranges. You do not have to explain why, and we will confirm when it is done.
What the tools on this site do not collect
The interactive tools — site readiness, colocation pre-check, permitting map, capacity calendar and the rest — run entirely in your browser. Site lists, addresses, loading figures and anything else you type into them are not transmitted to us and are not stored anywhere. Close the tab and they are gone.
This is deliberate. You should be able to model a real programme without disclosing it.
How we use what you send
- To answer your enquiry and scope the work
- To carry out an engagement if one follows
- To keep records we are required to keep, such as those relating to professional engineering work and insurance
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about a project unless they ask us to.
Who else sees it
- Our hosting and email providers. This website is hosted and maintained on Aria's behalf by The Hive, its web engineering partner, who can access site files and server logs in order to run it. Email reaches Aria through its own mail provider.
- Nothing else at present. Enquiries reach Aria by email and are held there. No customer records system holds them today; if one is introduced it will be named here first.
- Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.
Nobody else. We do not pass enquiries to partners or resellers.
How long we keep it
Organisation records described above: 12 months. Everything else:
Website enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Records connected to a signed engagement are kept for as long as professional, insurance and tax obligations require, which is longer than the website retention period and is governed by the engagement rather than this policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to obtain a copy. Several US states — including Texas, California, Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut — provide rights along these lines, and we apply them to anyone who asks rather than checking your address first.
You may also object to the organisation lookup described above without giving a reason, and we will exclude your address ranges.
To make a request, email info@aria-corp.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts, scripts and images are all served from this domain rather than from a third party. Google Analytics sets cookies, as described above; that is the only cookie source on the site. There is no advertising or social media tracking.
No browser-based visitor-tracking or live-chat tool is in use — nothing is placed in your browser to recognise you across sites. The organisation lookup described above happens on our own server, from our own logs, and sets nothing. If any tool is added later it will be named here, with what it sets, before it goes live.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries reach us by email and are held in business systems with access limited to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise — please do not send confidential drawings or personal documents through the website form. We will tell you a better route.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects information already given to us, contact the people concerned.
